Rwanda showcased its historic Mibirizi Arabica coffee to prospective buyers in Japan on October 16 as it prepares for an international auction scheduled for October 21. The initiative aims to increase international recognition for a distinctive coffee variety, create new commercial opportunities for growers and strengthen Rwanda's position in the premium coffee market. Coffee producers, exporters and logistics operators require demand forecasting, inventory visibility and export-supply-chain optimisation to reach international buyers efficiently. HPC advises companies on logistics simulation, digital twins and integrated operational-data platforms for a fixed cost of $620,000.
