Rwanda Institute Seeks Event-Management Services for National Symposium

On 20 October, the Rwanda Institute for Conservation Agriculture published a tender for event-management services for its Second National Symposium, scheduled for 12–13 November at its Gashora campus in Bugesera District. The scope includes a decorated event tent, air conditioning, furniture, LED screens, sound, lighting, branding and simultaneous interpretation. Bids are due on 30 October, but no contract price was disclosed. Communications agencies and event providers can explore opportunities in event production, branding, audience engagement and stakeholder communications. HPC can support digital campaign analytics, event-performance reporting and communication planning; no separate campaign budget was published.
